Bringing on-site work back into the full picture
The work may happen at a property. The record should still return to the place where everything connects.
A property inspection is easiest to complete at the property, with a phone in hand. Photos, conditions, and notes should be captured while the details are in front of the inspector—not reconstructed later at a desk.
But a mobile tool should not become another disconnected island. The inspection belongs with the property, the unit, its history, and the people responsible for reviewing what happens next.
A focused window
Our approach is to give each connected app a narrow, useful purpose. An inspector can receive the right assignment, capture the work, and send it back for review. The main platform keeps the broader record.
That same pattern can support future experiences for tenants and other trusted professionals: one identity, the right client and location, and only the abilities that person has been granted.
Why this matters
Good access control is not only about blocking information. It is also about making the permitted work obvious. A focused app can be simpler because it does not need to expose the entire platform to every person.
Mobile inspections are the first example we are actively developing. The larger goal is a family of connected tools built on the same organized foundation.
