Connected document organization

The document you need.
With its whole story.

Organize important records in the same program as your properties, entities, trusts, accounts and family records. Find a document from the details you remember, then see the relationships that give it meaning.

In private development · Built for the connected family picture

Start with the clue you have

Less hunting.
More knowing where to look.

Document organization should help when you remember only part of the answer. Family Admin Hub is being built to make the document’s own details and its relationships useful ways back to the record.

01

Search the way you remember it

Look by document name, type, tag, folder, or the record it is filed under. Start with the clue you have instead of recreating a filing system in your head.

02

File one document in more than one place

A document can be filed under each related record. A trust document, for example, can stay connected to the trust, the people involved and the property it affects.

03

Keep the context with the record

Move from a property, account, entity, trust or person to the documents connected to it. The document is organized as part of the relationship, not only as a standalone file.

A document is rarely alone

One record.
Many places it belongs.

Important documents often cross the boundaries of ordinary filing. The same record can matter to a home, a business, a trust, an account and the people responsible for them. Family Admin Hub keeps the larger picture in view.

Properties

deeds, leases, insurance and improvement records

Entities

formation records, ownership documents and agreements

Trusts

trust instruments, amendments and supporting records

Accounts

statements, confirmations and account correspondence

People

identification, correspondence and family records

Estate records

planning documents and records for advisor conversations

Connections and availability vary as the program develops. Organizing a record does not create legal, tax, insurance or financial advice.

From paper to a searchable record

Scan it when
you have it in hand.

The Family Admin Hub Scanner for Android is in private testing. With an existing account, it creates a searchable PDF and sends it to the program’s Scans To File area, ready for review and organization.

It is one practical path into the same connected document workspace. Public sign-up has not been announced.

The Family Admin Hub difference

Documents are part of
the family’s whole picture.

A lease belongs with a property. A formation document belongs with an entity. A trust instrument belongs with the trust and the people it serves. Family Admin Hub is being built around those real-world connections, bringing document organization into a wider program for family administration.

A few useful answers

Document organization,
explained.

What is document organization software for a family?

It is a way to keep important household and financial records findable and connected to the parts of life they support. Family Admin Hub is being built so a document can be found by its own details and through the property, entity, trust, account or person related to it.

Is a folder the same as Filed under?

No. A folder is a place you choose to put a document. Filed under connects that document to a related record in the program. A document can use both, so you can keep a familiar folder structure while also making the relationship to a property, trust, account or other record clear.

Can one document be connected to more than one record?

Yes. A document can be filed under as many related records as it belongs to. That is useful when one agreement, policy or record matters to several parts of a family’s administration.

Is there a mobile document scanner?

The Family Admin Hub Scanner for Android is in private testing. It requires an existing Family Admin Hub account and sends a searchable PDF into the program’s Scans To File area. It is not available for public sign-up.
