See all your investment accounts together: current value, today's change and unrealized gain/loss on the investments you still hold, with the main market indexes beside them. Choose all accounts, a few, or a saved group. Optional account columns show realized gain/loss, profit/loss and whole-period return (TWR) since its performance start, with the measured dates and prices on file. Performance can begin on a separately chosen date and whole-account closing value saved on the computer. The phone uses that same starting point and identifies estimated results or dates without a known whole-account value. Results stay compact; open View details or View issues to see the measured dates and any affected accounts, holdings and historical price gaps. Available results remain visible with an estimate when qualified. You can also choose profit/loss and return since January 1, dividends and interest, sort by any column, or list by stock to see which accounts hold each investment.

New in Release 14: After a tenant sends you documents from the app, they can also email you a copy from their own email app. With the app offered on this page the files are already attached; with the one before it, the tenant attaches them. The email goes from their own mailbox to the address you confirm under Notification emails in Settings, and the tenant sees that address.

A landlord invitation is required. A tenant account opens only the Tenant Portal and does not give access to the main Family Admin Hub program.

The landlord controls what each tenant can see. Turning off Tenant Portal access blocks the tenant without changing the landlord's records.

New in Release 68: In Records, the second Not attached tab is called "All not attached" instead of "Everything", so the two tabs say what they hold: the ones still to decide about, and all of them including the ones already taken off the list. Also here: a phone copy can be swiped away in Local files without opening it, and a document you have renamed reads under its new name there, including one renamed long ago. And: filing a document names the folder it is kept in and the one you are about to move it to, instead of just saying "a different folder"; and My folders fits as many on a screen as Family folders, the date under each folder having gone. Before this, and still worth knowing: updates arrive on their own again. The app had stopped looking for a newer version once it had already taken one, and on Android closing the app does not clear that — so a phone that updated in the morning would not look again. It keeps looking now, and puts a new version on when nothing is in your hands. If the release number shown on your phone is lower than the one above and stays there, force stop the Scanner once — hold the app icon, App info, Force stop — and open it again. That is only ever needed to cross onto the version that mends this, never afterwards. If you are still on build 20, download this installer and put it on over the top — build 20 cannot receive updates built for build 21. Your saved scans stay on the phone either way.

For the current private test account. Initial sign-in requires your existing Family Admin Hub email and password. Optional biometric sign-in is available after that first login.

Choose whether each new picture continues the same document or starts a new one. After sending, a local PDF copy stays in Sent scans. Removing a phone copy leaves the document in your account. Documents needs an internet connection; files stored only on a desktop or in a connected drive may still need to be opened there.

This version changes the app itself, so it has to be installed from the download above — the in-app update check cannot deliver it. Install it over your existing app; do not uninstall first, or scans kept on the phone go with it. After installing, open Check for updates once to pick up anything newer.
